conc' of acid = mol. of acid / vol. of acid 
1.00mol / dcm³ = mol. of acid (unknown) / 0.01dcm³
mol. of acid = 0.01dcm³ x 1.00 mol/dcm³
=0.01 mol

so just incase you were wondering, thats the way to work out the concentration of sodium hydroxide.
